1. Shipping Coverage

▸We ship to most pin codes across India.

2. Order Processing Time

▸Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

▸Once dispatched, you will receive order updates and tracking details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Timelines

▸Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

▸Non-Metro Areas & Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

▸Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹999.

▸Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your package in real time.

6. Delivery Delays 

While we strive to meet standard delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

▸Regional courier or operational disruptions

▸Public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen logistical events

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

▸Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, along with a valid contact number.

▸TinyTonkey is not responsible for non-delivery or shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

▸If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed contact attempts by the courier, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

▸If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept delivery. Refuse the parcel and inform us immediately at Saket@tinytonkey.com with your Order ID so we can resolve it promptly.
